Just received a few records from SoloTx camp. I’m way impressed! Bacc Again’s production is top tier and off the charts in my opinion. “Intro” is a jump start full of bravado and shit talking, the track is engineered precise and sets the tone for the album 100%. Another stand out on the album is My OGs, Solo speaks on her upbringing what she has seen & was taught from her mother Fass Black & Aunt Sista. Listening to the record its not hard to tell the queen was raised by real authentic ladies who played no games and came from the street and got it out the mud! A lot of men should wish they were schooled by Solo’s OGs. The horns grabbed my ears immediately from the beginning and then the organ caught me which made it even more infectious! I’m sure Pimp C would give it a salute and nod. My OGz is a record that she clearly poured her heart into. It’s uptempo and could be a anthem for all to remember their hood upbringing & childhood. Bacc Again if full of tight production and passionate rhymes. Makes you glad the UnderGround Queen is back. The first single off the album “Hata Hurta” has been gaining traction across Texas with Indie stations coast to coast. A deep bass line and trombone blend precisely to aid in her strong delivery and tell you she’s from Ennis,Tx and keep these hoes in they feelings & eer’time she go get it she come back wit it. Just a country ass nigga with a bankroll!!!
G.O.D. (Good Ole Days) ft Spurgen has a soulful feel from the crooner where he sings about a old heads with a story, good hood living & a respect for the game. We all need some of those good ole days, they seem far fetched thinking of today’s times and recent events. #NevaSweatTheSmallShit Is her motto, Looks like the Queen is doing a real good job at that. Bacc Again is available on all digital platforms and your favorite place to stream music.
